ElevatED provides six months of individualized coaching, cohort-based learning, and targeted workshops to build the practical tools, strategic mindset, and confidence EDs need to lead with clarity. This program is best suited for Executive Directors within their first two years in their role, leading organizations with budgets of $250,000 - $2.5 million. Cohorts start in January and July.
